Changing an Order

To order by phone, please call us on +44 (0) 115 947 5136 during normal office hours. Before calling, please note the Product Names of the items you wish to order.

Shopping online with Essensuelle is simple, streamlined and safe. The site is updated weekly with new styles and news of whats going on at Essensuelle.

Essensuelle.co.uk offers secure online transactions. you can select an item from any area of the site, choose the correct size and colour and add to your shopping basket. you can keep an eye on the total number os items in your shopping basket, and how much you have spent simply by clicking the "Your basket" link.

When you have finished putting items in your basket click the checkout button within the shopping basket and here you can delete items if you have changed your mind or proceed to the checkout.

To make an order, we'll need your billing address and delivery address. you can then pay for your goods by Visa, Delta/Connect, Switch, Mastercard. Your goods will be sent out by a courier service and will arrive the next day if you order between 12 noon Monday - thursday or within 2 wqorking days.
